This is Max Brooker, who was a TEFL teacher who shared a bathroom with me for a few months in 1991/1992.

He came from Chester and sold me his camera, so I took a photo of him wearing no trousers!

I have googled him and he now plays in a pool league.  I was a teacher, too and we were staying in Mlada Garda,
